Worawit has extensive experience in dispute resolution. His expertise spans diverse clients; including listed corporations, individuals, government agencies, as well as political parties, handling matters related to commercial and civil disputes, electoral laws, civil rights, and constitutional issues. Wit also has extensive experience representing clients in alternative dispute resolution practice, such as mediation, arbitration, and out of court settlement proceedings. Wit is known to provide his clients with commercial and strategic advice on potential risks and settlement options.

Worawit has previously served as the Secretary of The Committee on Law, Justice, and Human Rights of the Parliament of Thailand, and more recently was the Head of Legal for a technology company, leading the legal team across Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Wit regularly assists his clients in developing and implementing legal strategies to support business objectives and proactively manage risks. Wit’s expertise also extends to regulatory compliance matters, including data protection laws, previously acting as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for multinational corporations and leading the compliance team.

Worawit graduated from Thammasat University with a Bachelor of Laws degree. He is also a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Thammasat University.
