- Representing personal representatives of estate in claims made by third parties against the property of the deceased.

Non-Contentious Probate
We assist clients in non-contentious matters such as structuring assets for wealth preservation, and obtaining the necessary grants of representation for the assets of the deceased to be accumulated, managed and distributed. Below are some examples of our areas of expertise:
- Assisting the executors in applying for Grant of Probate, in cases where the deceased left behind a valid will.
- Assisting the next-of-kin in applying for Letters of Administration, in cases where there is no will (an intestacy).
- Advising on gifts in the event of intestacy.
