Sudarat focuses on criminal and civil litigation and is experienced in assisting clients in commercial and criminal disputes before the Thai courts. She also advises on corporate matters.
Her practice encompasses intellectual property matters at the mediation stage, as well as representation at the police investigation stage. Her experience includes handling criminal complaints involving embezzlement, defamation, trespass, and document forgery, and supporting clients in responding to and participating in arbitration proceedings.
She has represented clients through all stages of litigation, from pre-trial strategy and negotiation to courtroom advocacy and enforcement of judgment.
Sudarat is also experienced in navigating complex procedural issues and developing tailored legal strategies to ensure comprehensive and effective representation.
Prior to joining PDLegal, she assisted on estate administration matters, family disputes, and corporate law matters, including the preparation of documentation for company incorporation and registration in Thailand.
Sudarat holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Mae Fah Luang University and is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
