Ivan Lee

  • Partner
  • Advocate & Solicitor (Singapore)

Before joining PDLegal LLC, Ivan trained at a local Big 4 law firm and subsequently moved to a prestigious boutique law firm in January 2019, where he honed his advocacy skills and quickly advanced to the rank of Partner just three years after being called to the Bar. He later led the civil litigation practice at a firm headed by a senior lawyer and former District Judge.

Ivan’s primary specialization is in civil and commercial litigation. His career is punctuated by significant achievements, including his role as Lead Counsel in a diverse range of high-profile cases heard in both the High Court and State Courts. Notably, he assumed the lead position in a 10-day High Court trial during his very first year of practice. In his second year, he was entrusted with the responsibility of Lead Counsel in an appeal before the Appellate Division of the High Court, where he successfully overturned a prior High Court Judge’s decision.

In addition to his litigation practice, Ivan has represented clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings under the auspices of esteemed institutions such as the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the Grain and Feed Trade Association, and the Asian International Arbitration Centre.
