PDLegal has strengthened its Thailand offering with the arrival of dispute resolution lawyer Korakod Jittimaporn as Counsel, alongside Sittichai Duangjumpa as Senior Associate, further expanding the firm’s growing real estate and hospitality practice.
Korakod brings significant contentious experience, having previously served in a number of roles at Thailand’s Office of the Attorney General before returning to private practice with one of Thailand’s leading law firms.
The firm has also recently hired Sittichai as Senior Associate, further expanding its capabilities in real estate and hospitality in response to increasing client demand. Mark joins the firm from a well-known regional law firm, where he worked on corporate and commercial matters and M&A, as well as complex real estate transactions.
