PDLegal LLC is proud to announce the appointment of Nazim Khan as Senior Partner. With his extensive experience in complex high-value litigation and arbitration, Nazim brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the firm.
Nazim is an accomplished lawyer with over 25 years of experience in the legal profession. He has worked on numerous high-profile cases, including complex fraud and white-collar crime cases, as well as international arbitration matters. Nazim’s expertise in forensic investigation has been a valuable asset to clients seeking to uncover fraudulent activities. For example, he was counsel for an ex-Goldman Director in the 1MDB saga in relation to CMS charges in Malaysia as they related to Singapore. Another example, he recently acted successfully as lead counsel for the Defence in a 22-day trial with 16 witnesses (including 3 experts) in the High Court of Singapore in relation to allegations of fraudulent misrepresentation and unlawful means conspiracy relating to investments in a medical device company reported at [2021] SGHC 246.
In addition to his litigation and arbitration work, Nazim is also well-versed in corporate law. He has advised clients on a variety of corporate matters, including shareholders’ agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and asset and business purchases and sales.
