Before joining PDLegal as the Managing Partner of the Bangkok office, Papon spent over seven years at Thailand’s leading international law firm, where he played an integral role in advising clients on fundraising strategies, both on-shore and off-shore tax planning, capital markets advisory, corporate structuring, as well as regulatory compliance matters on an ongoing basis.
